I only have a Chromebook and iPhone now. I nuked the Chromebook last winter, but after the battery completely discharged it’s functioning again. I mostly have been using a smartphone to access the internet the last five or six years, but bought my Chromebook a year ago. I was using cheap Android phones, but recently had a friend suggest I try an iPhone.
I think for safety’s sake I’m going to do my financial stuff over the Chromebook, and stay away from doing it over a smartphone. The reason I got the Chromebook in the first place is it’s not supposed to be hacked as much and doesn’t have as many viruses as Windows does, but you can’t do much with a Chromebook other than surf.
I’m only using a desktop. I got it hooked up to my tv-screen. I will probably need to get a smart-phone at some point, but for now I’m happy with my retro nokia phone.
If I get a smart-phone I will probably get a twin sim so I can keep the nokia. Then I’ll only use the smart-phone when I must.
I have a nice laptop and smartphone. Love them both. Laptop for gaming and hooked up to my TV for video streaming. Smartphone for most other internet activities, including this one, LOL.
