Has anyone taken L-Lysine? If so how did it effect you?
I just read that it’s good for the gut, brain, and herpes. I’ve never taken it though.
I’ve taken it. I think it’s helpful for symptoms, even though it’s somewhat mild of a difference.

I think it helps my cognitive function mostly.
I researched about it but I am taking NAC and L-Theanine and Sarcosine so I stayed away from it.
I do not notice anything on Nac at all but sarcosine and l-theanine have made a significant difference.
Odd that the answer to my question was here. NAC is doing wonders for me @mermaid1. I think if you had any brain trauma NAC works well.
I love l theanine im up to 400mg a day now.
Lysine did nothing for me. Nothing at all.
I tried lysine for four days and it made my positive symptoms worse
