nah keto for me was unhealthy, too much fat. i need carbs for energy.

I wish I could try a keto diet, but ketosis can cause temporary insomnia.
I’m doing keto ATM. Was doing master cleanse but needed food too bad. Just became keto. Losing weight, feeling good.

It was a low fat low carb diet so not keto I think, thats why I lost weight, 295 to 268lb.
