Just took my metformin 500 mg and metropolol tonight

I just took.my first metformin 500 mg tonight and my metropolol25mg tonight as well for the first time since being sick supposed tto take two metformin 500 mg one in the morning one at bedtime but since I havent taken it in awhile starting at with one as far as my psych meds will start taking them soon maybe once every other day or half of the 10 abilify and half of the 20mg lexapro till I get used to it again whats everyones thoughts on my plan?

I can’t comment on how you’re doing it, but I’m glad you’re restarting your meds. I think that’s a good idea. I hope you feel better soon, you’re a resilient person and I’m proud of you!

All I know is metaformin is for diabetes and it helps some lose weight

I can’t answer any more questions about it that’s all that i know

My brother and dad take it but I still dont know

I take two 500 mg tablets of metformin twice daily. It is the extended release form. I take half of a 10mg tablet of Abilify twice daily. I take 75mg of metoprolol tartrate twice daily. And I have no problems with these

I take 500 mg of Metformin twice a day one 590 tablet in the morning and one at bed time but since I quit cold turkey I am only taking the metformin and metropolol at bedtime as far as my psych meds havent started back on them yet but will in thecnext fewcdays

I’m just going to add that I’ve been reading your posts about your breathing. If you are diabetic but not taking meds for that, high blood sugar can affect your breathing as can low blood sugar. It also affects blood pressure when your sugar is off. I would check your blood sugar when you feel sleepy or short of breath. It could be high blood sugar. That’s all I can contribute.
