I am really worried my neighbour either is scared of me or hates me or both. I was talking to my other neighbour who I get on with. The neighbour in question came along a bit later.
I am sure she hates me. At the very least I think she is scared of me.

One of our neighbors really hates our kids. She has a tree on the edge of her property, that is technically a part of our property but she thinks it is hers. If we ever put up a fence, she would be so angry. She also called the city on us, saying that we had trash in our lawn. The city person came and laughed, because it was only our kids toys in the back yard. She said that she wasn’t going to write us up because we have playground equipment for our children! I hate that neighbor lady now.
Some people are just weird, or stand-off-ish. It may not be you at all
I have no idea what’s going on between me and the neighbors. But when it’s calm like this “why fight it?” I’ll just enjoy the respite.
Hard not to let things go when stuff like that happens. I hope you can just move forward and realize it is her problem not yours
