Just got the new Covid booster

My father and I just received the new Covid Booster that targets the latest Omicron variant.
We had to wait quite a while but it was worth the wait.
Was easy peasy and knock on wood so far no real side effects to report.
This will be my fifth Covid shot.
Probably won’t be my last either.

I’m due for a booster now. I’d like to get an Omicron specific booster too.

We will likely be on shot #15 in a few years. Soon the numbers will be so high we wont be able to keep track. You’ll have like 5 or 6 covid vaccination cards to carry around. lol. Will it ever end? I wouldnt doubt if we will be getting them throughout my entire lifetime.

Here’s another thought. What happens when they run out of Greek alphabet letters to call them? Will they start using two or 3 letters to refer to them? Will they be called like “Delta Kappa Phi”? Will we get them confused with Fraternities and Sororities?

Ok, I’m sorry. I admit I’m spamming and going off topic a bit. It’s early in the morning and I should try to go to sleep. Goodnight!

I am undecided whether to get it.

Never had Covid-19, and I don’t go to many places, so I think my risk is low

If I was going to bars and clubs etc, I definitely would

But you can still get infected and pass it on to other people

I only had the jab to protect my contacts from passing it to them, which now has not turned out to be the case for the vaccines
