Just curious

The strangest thing happens to me sometimes. I’ll be in a half asleep state and have an entire conversation with someone that’s all in my head but it seems so real.

For example I was sleeping on the couch last week with my phone waiting for the alarm to go off so I could wake up my husband. There was still almost an hour until he had to be up. When he wakes me up to ask what time it was. I told him it wasn’t time yet and he walked back towards the bedroom.

Then the alarm went off a little while later. I turned it off and opened my eyes and my husband was standing in the kitchen. He said it was pointless for me to wake up now because he was already awake. He was eating breakfast and everything. So i closed my eyes and went back to sleep. It felt so real.

Then the alarm went off and I opened my eyes again and he was no longer in the kitchen. So i got up to make sure he hadn’t gone back yo bed and I found him in the bathroom. I asked him if he enjoyed his breakfast and he said he hadn’t eaten yet. I was confused and asked didn’t we just have a conversation? He said no. He had heard the alarm go off a few times and was wandering when I was actually going to wake up.

This happens pretty often. It’s so weird. Do any of you experience things like that?

I believe it is unusual. Do you get enough sleep ?.

Honestly no. I wake up ten times a night. I’m taking vistaril for it but it’s starting not to work.

ok i understand that it is not good. You should probably look to have a light diet, Juice or something which would help you get a nice sleep. Sleep is very important for all mental health.

Drugs suck ,even if they are “prescribed” .

But thats just my opinion,i think that most things can be cured without synthetics unless its a extreme condition.

I agree but getting more sleep is supposed to help with my hallucinations. My primary prescribed me saraquel at first but I looked up the side effects and it didn’t sit well with me.

So he prescribed me the vistaril as a temporary fix because it’s supposed to help with sleep and anxiety. It worked for a few days but it’s not working anymore.

I looked up a list of home remedies for sleep and I’m going to give them a try. Hopefully something works. Because I don’t really agree with medication either. I perfer all natural.
