Try a sports channel or something that doesn’t activate your mind. Sport is really good. I like cricket but gawd can you sleep to that shite. I know your sick but get up. Walk a small circle then settle in again. Works for animals who aren’t sleeping and they know more than us.

Do you have a banana? If you boil a banana (in the peel) in a couple cups of water for about 15 minutes, then drink the banana “tea,” it’s supposed to help you sleep. It’s what I relied on a lot last time I was pregnant. It worked surprisingly well.
Still got that chest pain? If so, are you going to have it checked out?
I find that listing to soft Christmas music helps.
