Sorry for your loss @seanieireland
Thank you, i was very close to my dad! My mum passed away 10 years so thats hard, my dad never got over my mums death!
Just think of the good times.
Allow yourself to grieve and be easy on yourself as you do. You are going to miss him, and you will be sad about it. That’s okay. The sadness will get better though. Just be easy on yourself during this time.
Sorry for your loss. Hang onto the memories and your dad will always be there
I made an alter for a passed love one.
My favorite picture of them. I got the ashes in an urn.
A small something from my loved one and a vase for flowers sometimes.
I think about them everyday but celebrate every year.
I’m sorry @seanieireland .
Both parents. I am so sorry. It’s ok to grieve and cry. Hang in there.
Sorry this has happened. I hope you doing ok. Check in if you need to
I drove cross country after my dad died. I took 2 weeks after the funeral and just drove and listened to music and took in the scenery. Thinking back it was great!
Sorry to hear that brow. We all gotta go at some point so if you was nice to him then that is all that matters.
Sorry for your loss.
I’m sorry for your loss.
Sorry for your loss.
I’m so sorry for your loss. The grieving process isn’t linear so don’t be hard on yourself if you feel like you’ve made some progress processing your emotions and then all of a sudden feel like you’re back at the beginning. Allow yourself to feel what you feel and don’t put judgment on it. This sucks and is hard. Lean in to any support systems you have, including here, and really spend time around other people if things are too hard to process on your own.
My sincere condolences.
So sorry. Wishing you peace.
Sorry to hear that.
Please let us know how you are doing when you feel up to it.
