How good are Beta blockers for anxiety?

I haven’t tried betablockers but I do take an antidepressant and it’s working good

I take metoprolol succinate - Toprol XL and it works great for the physical symptoms of anxiety, like fast heart rate.

I take propranolol for performance anxiety sometimes and it works pretty good.
