My best friend from High School was a big Ramones fan.
I Admired them but was never a big fan myself.

Some peoples consider the Ramones the first punk band. Them or the Stooges.

I thought The Clash or The Sex Pistols were the first punk bands…could be wrong though.

I think they all came out about the same time. So yeah. It’s another one of those subjects that gets debated.
