And I’ve blogged about, and told everyone on LinkedIn
about how people here discriminate, keep score, promote isolation
and exclusion from free opinions, show favoritism, hate different lifestyles (but only in certain people)
and generally are able to destroy a person.
And if I end up killing myself,
I hope they end up shutting this site down.
Congress have right to shut down this site?

I really hope you don’t try to do that.
About free speech, we need to moderate and sometimes it’s not an easy job. Like we keep repeating, this site is recovery oriented, that means we have to filter some things that are said. It’s not a violation of free speech, because the ammendment protects you from the goverment, does not give you the right to say and do whatever you please on the internet without consequences…
And as far as moderation in a web forum goes, I go to waaaay more moderated forums, there’s a lot of freedom of expression here.
If you bothered to stay here with an open mind, you would see that we help a lot of posters who are struggling.
But we won’t accept that some members come here just to fuel delusions and use this site as a playground for their own amusement.
The same goes for drunk posters, inappopriate behavior, and picking fights just because.
Hope you consider all these things.

it’s especially unfortunate that a schizophrenic
and a person with PTSD cannot use the site,
or get help from the site, but only gets criticized,
demeaned, and dragged through the mud.
I have faced so much in my life, and continue to do so,
and many people here know about some of it,
but there is no one ever here who has given
me any credit or feeling that they know how
hard it is has been,
how incredible I’ve done, or how much I matter.
I don’t pick fights. I respond to posts,
and either the person doesn’t like what I’ve said,
or they turn the table on me, and then I end up fighting
back. Patrick said, I bet you’re sitting around naked
by the computer,
and that is what prompted me to post a half nude photo,
saying, Yeah, I guess I am.
Lots and lots of other set ups have happened here,
and I’m the one suspended.
And the site doesn’t allow me to talk about why I have my conditions,
and the thousands of people like me out here
might want to come and share their stories, and can’t.
I thought it was a new low when Wonderdunk posted his story
about his mother,
and the moderators here told him, Listen, we didn’t have your mother, ok?
My God. And I’ve said insulting things?

There’s no way you can say I’m just an angry, drunkard person
who comes here willy nilly to start fights,
then how come it never happens on LinkedIn?
Or with my friends? Or in my personal life?
I have liked your posts and often your posts are great, for example one post when you commented how Putin has limited the freedom of speech in Russia, I am sure your posts are appreciated.
I have done some crazy emails by myself in the past. When I lived in my auto in Miami in 2001 and the CIA reported that Osama bin Laden was dead, I actually posted to all US Senators that Osama bin Laden was alive. The CIA tried to deceive and it took close to 10 years to hunt Osama bin Laden. I just had that intuition.
There are lots of people on here who don’t trigger me,
but the ones who do, do it intentionally,
and me, it’s just the way I am. I’m not doing anything on purpose.
Your presence is valued Daze, sometimes your erratic behavior is not. That’s all.
that’s because you think everybody should be the same,
you try to create a site that is so watered down,
so monolithic, and same page all the time.
My thought is that Congress does nothing, they say the same as the Judge in Georgia, USA said ‘this is the free country and the free world’. You see it is the 1st Amendment in the US Constitution.
I actually don’t think that, I value the uniqueness of people.
But the time you spend here complaining about how the forum is moderated, outweights the time you spend here watching how the forum is actually moderated.
There are a lot of people here and all of them have unique perspectives and unique lives.
We only have problems with a few people, the good outweights the bad by a long run.
@Daze please try to understand that we love you. Most of the time I can’t make heads or tails of your posts? I hope you can calm down and just post about life without getting pissed.

Have you asked yourself why, because we are two of the older, smarter,
more determined and outspoken people on the site,
and that is met that we create drama, we resist the boundaries,
and no body likes us.
Sorry, that’s not the problem here. I’ve stated the problem in the first post I made in this thread.
You will continue to be moderated as you are, only being suspended when you actually break the rules, and you’re still absolutely free to complain about it.

I have earned 5 certificates in health and pet sitting.
I have read too many books to even count.
I have about 10 visual art paintings I’ve done.
I have 4 lamps I’ve redone artistically.
I am a blogger, and have been for 8 years, as a writer and activist.
I have been fighting for justice for over 20 years.
