I had to shut down my account with arvest bank because someone hacked my account. So they shut down that account and gave me a new one. Getting a pin number for that account is a simple procedure. But they have given me a constant runaround, handing me off from one arvest employee after another, with none of them giving me a new pin number. It is the willful infliction of mental distress, and if there was any way I could sue them I would, but there is no physical evidence. I can say what I think of them, though. … A water line had broken in our apartment, and we were without water. I carried four empty milk jugs to the community center to get some water, and they wouldn’t even let me have four gallons of badly needed water. Again, I can’t sue them, but I can say what I think of them. There has been a lot of ■■■■ like this. … A lot of people are comprimized by this situation, but I don’t feel sorry for them. They’re not comprimized enough. I would send them to jail if I could.
Sorry it sounds like a lot to handle. Sounds annoying and I’m sure it is. Just remember patience is a virtue. I wouldn’t mind seeing 100 different bank employees because bank employees seem nice typically and I’d be up for the excitement of meeting them I don’t know…try to Frame it a certain way.
When it comes to the water we have restrictions on my town on water. Like certain days of the week you can water your plants. Idk sounds like there’s not abundance of water, anything anymore. So we just gotta learn to cope. Getting too stressed out is never the answer but I understand it’s hard to avoid sometimes

It is enraging, and I want satisfaction. As for the limited use of water, that is something that is necessary. What they are doing to me is totally unnecessary.
Can’t you buy bottled water to drink?
Its not expensive. Maybe they can give you enough water for your non-drinking usage.
That was in the past. I had milk and juice to drink, but I needed the water to flush the toilet.
How frustrating. Some people just need to get yelled at.

All i can say is you are not alone.i have dosens of similar experience like you.but you have to be stay strong.this is not personal thing.
