Arvest Bank froze my account and won’t take my calls. I got an unauthorized charge on my checking account, and I wanted them to drop it from my account. Instead they froze my account, and now they won’t take my calls. I’m getting really tired of them. When I go inside the bank the kind of customer service I get is naked hostility. I’m starting to hate them. I have a growing inclination to withdraw my account and go down the street to Centennial Bank.
