How does one do it? Help me if you can.

Click on your profile in the upper right of your screen,
Go to “Personal Messages”,
Then “compose”,
The tag the member you want.

You click on their name and then there is the blue icon ‘message’ (unless their profile is hidden).

What is the “profile”?
If the person’s profile isn’t private,
I would use @anon17326926 's directions.
But your profile is your little icon at the top right.
