I've done it again

My anxiety has worked me up into a frenzy and I think I’m getting psychotic again. I’m seeing shadows outside and they are out there watching me. I woke someone up but they didn’t see anything.

Just got off the phone with crisis, they couldnt help.

I’m sorry you’re struggling. Are you trying to sleep? What time is it where you are?

Tea and a good book. Or can you take a prn?

Its 1:40, I’ll fall asleep as soon as I take my medicine, but I’m afraid to go to sleep.

I know it can be scary to let yourself be vulnerable when you’re scared. But sleep really is the best idea right now.

I took one a couple of hours ago, it took the edge off but I’m still pretty amped.

Also, off topic and with a tiny bit of humor, I always read your posts with Sean Connery’s voice. It just happens automatically.

I know thatd be best, but if someone came in and hurt my family I’d be destroyed.

Sorry @LED, I didnt mean to make excuses. I’ll give it a half hour to an hour and then take my meds. Thank you so much for your advice.

No no, you’re totally fine. I’ve been there more times than I could count. Sometimes excuses are valid. I was just thinking the only advice I have to get is get some security cameras weekend notifications and sleep with the monitors. That’s what I do. I have a security cameras in my living room and little LED’s bedroom and I get notifications of any sounds or movement plus I have a constant video feed off little LED’s room right next to my pillow so I can watch it all night long and check it when I get scared.

But that’s not really a reasonable thing to do. Lol

That’s a good idea. My dad probably wont sign off on it, but I’ll ask him in the morning. I’ve wanted at least a ring doorbell, the one with the camera, and a camera in the backyard.

I would give you some of my diazepam if I could :frowning:

Do you have any PRN?

Thanks, mate. I took my prn a little while ago. It calmed me down a tiny bit.

Maybe you need an increase if it’s not as effective as it used to be. Can you call someone to get that done?

Why can’t you go back on your previous prescribed med dosage? It’s easy and would clear up the problem in no time.
