Of course in Mexico they just call it “food”.
I went to Mexico for my cousin’s wedding when I was seven. They had the absolute best breakfast bean/egg/muffin thing… I’m serious it was genuine Mexican and it was amazing.
Lol.
I want to learn how to cook fish like a Italian or French does. I once ate very good fish at a French restaurant. They roasted it, I guess.
Sounds good, green.
Of course, the water is dangerous . . .
Montezuma’s Revenge.
Well, if you order a salad, all the lettuce has been rinsed in water . . .
You hope so anyway.
We vacationed in Mexico and had some Mexican food, it was pretty good.
My Mexican friend has shared too many of her recipes with me. I could never
I love Mexican food too. And Chinese. And Italian, and Greek and I’m now on a diet as a result!
I like Mexican food too, in my old life in America I visited Mexico four times. I suppose I ate Mexican food there.
@77nick77 why don’t you just go to a mom and pop’s mexican restaurant where the menu is in Spanish? I’ve got their tacos and they are out of this world, beef and cheese tacos with lime juice and cilantro…amazing !!
I lived in San Diego for eight years and El Paso for nine years. Great Mexican food but you could literally just cross the border into Mexico if you wanted and the cartel violence wasn’t that bad. Where I live now you can’t find an authentic Mexican place any where. I miss shredded beef tacos with a fresh fried tortilla. The best taco in south Louisiana is Taco Bell, such a shame.
In the rural county I live in. The largest town has 987 people, and a Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is own by a young Mexican couple. The food is very good.
Twenty years ago I traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico. I still remember the delicious meal I ate outside in the beautiful courtyard of the Quinta Real Oaxaca in the historic center of Oaxaca, Mexico. Built in 1576, the hotel was originally the Convent of Santa Catalina de Siena. One of the famous dishes of Oaxaca is mole sauce which is made out of oaxacan chocolate and spices.
