We highlight the body of evidence in support of the emerging role of curcumin as a panhistone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor regulating the expression of genes involved in inflammation and NMDA N-methyl-aspartic acid (NMDA)-glutamate systems, as related to schizophrenia. Based on the findings from translational studies of curcumin extracts, curcumin C-3 complex formulation (Supercurcumin™) and patented liposome-based curcumin (Lipocurc™), we propose that intravenous infusion of Lipocurc™ holds promise as the novel drug lead and preferred targeted brain delivery mode in reprogramming faculty epigenetics network and in remodeling restrictive chromatin configuration in schizophrenia
This seems to be it, but I can’t get a copy of the study so I don’t know if it was helpful or not.

Edit: nah I don’t think it’s the same study, it’s not IV - still would like to know the outcome.
I tried curcumin and it nearly put me in hospital, it made me hear voices. If your going to try it try a small dose first to be safe.
I found the publication on the oral dose; it increased BDNF, but the study was too small (and possibly short) to detect changes in cognition or symptoms.
As far as I can tell, the IV formulation has not been studied - anyway there’s no publication I could find nor a clinical trials listing.
I took curcumine for around 3-4 months. It helped me a lot with my sciatica.
I eat it as a spice through making lots of curry dishes. It is supposed to be good for your overall health.
