I’m so tired … I am so sick and tired. My head’s all over the place. I don’t think this is just sz. I 100% sure something else is going on. I feel down.

You are better off trying to not think about it, leave that to the dr and maybe they will figure you out at some point and be like yeah, its this or its that,
People change all the time so you may have been different symptoms or something idk but try not to worry about it bc there is no point.

I understand what you’re trying to say but it’s frustrating not knowing because I can’t get the other symptoms treated.
Some people are on lots of meds and some of there symptoms are not treated bc the meds don’t work very well and these are people who have the correct diagnosis,
i wish these people all the best but it shows that even with a diagnosis symptoms may still not react well to treatment.
What is the symptoms that you want treated bc you can say to your dr and maybe he can help
