That sounds pretty distressing. Really I don’t think you should be scared of something terrible happening. I’ve never had neighbors like that or thought they were being that vile. Ive experienced it out in the world though. No one believed me but I’m mostly over it now so idk.

I like to whisper within “Go to sleep children” Or sometimes a good old ■■■■■ Off” does the job.

Tell them they don’t exist and they’re playing make believe inside my head. No imagination of mine is gonna be whispering dark thoughts in my head anymore.
Sometimes addressing these voices yourself not just through words but feelings as well teaches them. If they are sentient (Who knows?) Teach them about yourself, that you care for them even though they say such things. Love and hope is all they need.
