It's incredible what normies can do

I love the name “normies”! It reduces them to the level of silliness they deserve. I envision Nelson from The Simpsons pointing and saying “ha ha normies!” Thusly deflating any air of superiority they might wrongly carry about themselves.

Well of course it’s all a farce aye? Each person is different, for me comparing “normies” to myself is a source of humor! You may notice a note of sarcasm creeping into my posts on occasion. Must be genetic. :wink:

That’s how I feel too. Not everybody, but some people manage so much better than we do, but I always did drift away from people. It’s habitual.

how do you come to terms with the bits you can’t do?
how do you choose which bits to do and which bits not to do?
if you take part in something where the expectations are to be able to do everything? …. what do you drop? What do you make allowances for? Where do you draw the line?

i know i can’t socialise, read, study, exercise, do sport, take a hobby seriously, clean the house, go for a swim in the sea, cook, go out to the cinema make love and sleep well every day, kind of come to terms with that now but….

You sound like me. I try to read but only end up getting like 5 pages done. Ive lost interest in all my hobbies too. Its hard. I force myself to do things at night before bed because its when i feel the best
