Isolate oneself and work on oneself mentally and physically, finding pleasure in music, books or something.
Or
Keep doing “”"“normal”"’’ life with a friends that seems not really enjoy your company and where you do not feel very well even being yours friends of all life.

work on oneself mentally and physically, finding pleasure in music, books or something

its a good thing to be together with people

No… No so bad but I feel uncomfortable, and my bad abbility to make decisions put menim bad situations, I dont know, it’s hard to explain, I think I should talk with my psychologist.
I isolate myself and I don’t think it is necessarily a bad thing if you enjoy yourself while you are isolating. I spend most of my time alone and I spend it doing things that I enjoy like playing my keyboard, doing yoga, meditating, reading my novels, praying, talking to my friends on the phone, surfing the internet, and spending time with my cat.
