I got a stimulus check today. It made me nervous. I feel like I don’t deserve it. I don’t want anything nice. I want to tear up a rug. I hope it doesn’t ruin my day. Damn!
Don’t be so hard on yourself, chordy. Very few are coming close to perfect that I can see.

Yes. It’s all too easy for me to punish myself and it does no good. It only causes more pain.

Exactly - don’t let mistakes stop you. I make mistakes all the time, and try to shrug my shoulder. (as long as my mistakes don’t cause harm to others)
