I’m sitting at the clubhouse today and it’s cold as all get out! They towed my car to the shop today cuz it froze while i was in the hospital. It’s going to be expensive to thaw it out and get the fluids flowing again. Still, I’m optimistic. I’m doing so much better today and no longer wish i was still in the hospital. I’ll see my pdoc on Thursday and hopefully get on the Cobenfy and off the clozapine. The clozapine has given me tachycardia again but so far my EKGs are normal. I hope you all are also having a good, and warmer, day!

Pretty much…right now the sun rises around 9:30 AM and sets around 3 PM. We all celebrate the Winter solstice on December 21 when the days start to get longer. Our July 4 holiday sucks, tho, cuz it’s too light out to do fireworks.

It’s 8am here and currently 0C
our gas and electric has gone up by £23 due to us having the heating on more. Also we have snow
I would probably die in that weather. You should post some pictures some day of the nature there, I’m guessing it’s spectacular.
Man that’s cold! I live in Maine and our temps are nothing compared to Alaska.
I remember very cold winter in childhood.
Minus 20 degrees was not really a highlight.

Around zero actually here, next bike ride with long underpants and two pairs of woolen socks.
I’m happy with my insulated leather gloves, perfect grip and warm to minus ten degrees.
What max min temperatures you expect this winter @WhiteRaven ?
In December, January, and February it will get to -35 F on some days, but usually it hovers around -5 F or so on most winter days. You get used to it and layer your clothes.
