It wasn't my letter

Ahh dammit it wasn’t my letter. Apparently I overpaid o2 mobile in 2015… So they refunded it to me… I didn’t even know I was overcharged by £400 so a nice surprise.

Well, hopefully the letter will will do some good. Maybe follow up on it if you haven’t heard anything in a week or so? Tweeting at them is usually a good way to get things fixed, if you use Twitter. They don’t like the bad press.

I will try them :slight_smile: I might need to switch provider but they are really good price wise even though they messed some things up they are cheaper than others out there.
