I wrote to my mobile sim provider saying I’ve been charged more than I initially thought my contract would be. I showed them proof with screenshots where online they said I should be charged £10 not £15 and this afternoon a cheque of £400 comes through the door. It’s like a whole free year of my Sims being paid off.

I’m usually way too cowardly to say anything unless the money is starting to become a problem, and even then, it usually turns out I’m the one in the wrong.
I called my bank the other day because they kept taking money out of my account, turns out they have started to charge for withdrawals and “forgot” to tell me.
I called my phone company due to the bills being higher than the plan said, turns out those text-messages I’d sent to my friends in Norway weren’t free like I thought.
… So I’m really happy to hear you got your money back (and then some)
