I am having some coffee and just enjoy quietness and peace. I am little sad that the summer is soon over. It has quite cold July. I wish warmer temperatures.

We have Amber and Red alerts in place Sunday-Tuesday
They’re saying it might get to 40c in some parts of the UK then
It would be a record temperature
The media have gone into a frenzy about it
I will just walk the doggo early and later on, and stay indoors with the windows open

Days of the week means nothing to me except today I have therapy.

I’m just back from a restaurant dinner with my mom, her boyfriend, my aunt and my sister.
We went to a vegetarian restaurant and the food was great.
