It is 6 am now

i know walking is good but
…it dont burn much calories
i know fasting is good for health
…but i cant becoz i love food
i know running is good
…but voices are triggered by running
i know healthy diet is good for health
…but it is too late becoz i am too obese
i know losing weight is good
…whenever i lose weight i often regain them again

i know everything but i cant achieve anything

It’s never too late to start. I got serious at about 45 or so and it makes a difference. I too love eating but it’s still worthwhile to try.

@saynow it sounds like you’re overloading yourself. Pick one thing. Go for a walk, for example. I walk twice a day, I can only make it about 300 yards total but it does my mind a lot of good
