My GF is having some of her family over for dinner. We’ve been cleaning all day. Already shopped for the groceries. A little more cleaning and cooking the meal.
It’s always a lot of work when she had family over, but I don’t mind. It’s good for my GF.

I’m going to Easter vigil mass the night before Easter Sunday. It will be two hours long and very beautiful. Always is.

Hubby and I are planning to drive to Idaho Falls, ID, this weekend. We are visiting Grandpa and some other family members who live in Idaho Falls.

I don’t think we’ll be doing anything Easter related. Maybe Hubby and I will go to a non-denominational Christian church, on Sunday, in Idaho Falls. But IDK. Maybe.

Both of my parents (divorced) invited me and Hubby to do some Easter egg hunts, at their own homes. So, 2 egg hunts. I finally had to tell them that we are way too old for egg hunts. They were both hurt by this news. Oh, jeez.

Do I dare say Happy Easter anymore?

Idk! It is a crazy world.

Anyways, onto OPs question.

I would like to go to church. Probably the Covenant. May as well honor my Finn, Swede, and Norse ancestors as they started this local church.

:hugs:

I’m Christian but I don’t belong to any church. I might read a little bit of my bible and hang out with my mom.

Taking 97 yo mother in law out for brunch and then hopefully visiting my brother.

Easter is a little sad for me because my mom and aunt died on it and now my sis in law is dying.

We are going to one of my brothers places. it’s still hot so we are bringing half a ham and some store bought chickens…Pretty much what we do over Easter out here. Everyone else is bringing salads so it’s still pretty toasty weather wise so we do the cold cuts!
