I am growing my hair long so not due to trim for another three months except I might get my fringe trimmed if I want to keep a fringeā¦

My hair is getting flat looking because itās too long.
I got my haircut last month at my familyās.
I cut my husbandās hair. Iām the one that needs a trim. I like having short hair.
I got my last haircut 2 days before the quarantine ā¦ !!

No, I shaved my head.
Nobody I know here including my mom has any experience cutting hair, so I donāt think it would look good. My brother in Virginia cuts his own hair somehow but heās pretty far away. I suppose if I had some electric clippers I could do the back at least, and use some scissors to cut the part straight over my ears. The original plan before the virus happened was to have my favorite barber in Virginia cut it while we were visitingā¦ but now we have to put the visit off.
I have no experience cutting hair either except cutting my own bangs for the first time several weeks ago. And I ended up cutting them too short.
My mom has asked me to cut her hair this weekend since all hair salons are currently closed. Apparently my mom is desperate enough for a hair cut to take that risk and throw caution to the wind.
I told her I might watch some hair cut how-to videos on YouTube to prepare. 
My mom has short hair and I hope she doesnāt look like a hedgehog 
when Iām done.

Mine sure is. It gets out of control when it looks too long. It looks strange.
