Is your gut messed up along with your brain?

Ever since i got schizophrenia my stomach has had problems I even get swishing noises in my head at the same time i get gurgling noises in my stomach i know they are connected the brain and the gut i take probiotics which has at least prevented diahrea but my stomach gurgles all day long

I think the gut has something to do with schizophrenia. Apparently our gut bacteria is all sorts of messed up.
