Has anyone ever LOST weight while on Abilify? I keep gaining and gaining for 14 years, convinced it’s something I’m doing wrong (hoping it’s something I’m doing wrong). I really need to lose weight and am wondering if there’s any hope of that.

Yes. I lost a lot of weight by calorie counting on abilify.
I also take one of these a day. It stops abilify induced hunger pangs.
