Is veganism as good for you as they say?

I’m afraid to be a vegan cos it’s taking out a huge food group

I eat vegan sometimes, cause i think its good.

I like dairy too much to go vegan.

I’m vegan.

My blood tests were excellent.

I take vegan supplements.

I love being vegan.
I love animals.

Vegan is for the weak with a weak immune system. And supplements are not natural.

I know a girl who decided to be vegan and couldn’t figure out why she kept gaining weight. Apparently she thought eating chips all the time meant she was vegan.

Veganism is healthy only if you follow certain guidelines.
You need your protein.

I was vegan once but my doctor made me stop as I couldn’t keep weight on. I won’t do it again as I love wings too much.

The funny thing is now that I’ve said this I am back on a pant based diet

Trying to go vegan coincided with the beginning of a psychotic episode for me. I decided to go back to carnivory. But I love animals. I thought about it a lot, I wish there was a way but the Earth is kind of a scary and violent planet. We all eat each other. Plants probably feel pain too. Idk. But yeah vegan still appeals to me. I await the afterlife where are souls are sustained by photons. Or the pain of the living. Idk lol just rambling.

I like my fish and meat . Having said that at my previous address I made two attempts to eat more vegetarian items . I bought quite a lot of vegetarian products to try.To say they were , for the very most part, unappetising is to put it mildly . I also bought some dry soya mince once . The yuck factor was high with that.

I am not a great lover of beans and pulses. Baked beans are OK as part of a meal from time to time.

I could never be vegan or even full time vegetarian , but I’m not against increasing the amount of non fish and meat I eat as long as it is palatable .
