I’m on about week 5 of cigarette cessation. Yesterday, I went to my little cheapo vapes website and put some cartridges in my cart. Before I entered my credit card information, I had second thoughts and backed out. Trying not to rely on other sources of nicotine, but I am extremely tempted.
I realize vaping is probably not as bad for you as cigarettes, but is it still bad for your lungs and whatnot? I’m thinking that it likely is. Plus its an addiction when using nicotine cartridges so…
In a poll I made, people said I should quit all and not rely on vape overwhelmingly.
I am trying to abide by this and my own hesitations about vaping instead of smoking.
Anyway, would just like to know your thoughts on it.
As someone who came off smokes before the vape craze I’d say if you can avoid it all. I’m not up with the latest but I found stopping ended up easy here simply because smokes are so expensive . I don’t even know how anyone can smoke here anymore. It’s ridiculous.
My vote would be don’t replace smoking with vaping but I’m on a straight edge health kick at the moment.
Smoking is certainly bad. I doubt vaping is much better. You might even vape more than smoking. Id just give it all up. That being said. I like tobacco and use heavily. Probably going to end up with no teeth and jaw cancer. At least ill know why!
