My therapist said that it is part of the psychotic mind to latch onto things in your surroundings. So I was wearing a shirt that had the number 47 and it was my bad luck shirt and then I heard a voice saying they would kill me at age 47.
We’ve addressed this multiple times. It’s a delusion you are experiencing. There is nothing significant about that number.

voices just commenting on our everyday life
and sometime make predictions on the future
and these predictions come true even 
thats the hell of schizophrenia
most of time these predictions are bad predictions
and sometime not good or bad
and sometime they say we never lie and your job is to catch them lying to prove to yourself they are not real!
