Sometimes I feel like I’m controlled by my voices has anyone felt like that before as if the voices are in control of your own actions?

yes, when delusional if i dont take meds it just takes over, its like a reverse Jekyl & Hyde thing, its the only way i can explain it.

Yes, at one point they controlled me.

Meds is the only thing that worked. That and rest while ignoring the voices.

meds and also will power but the meds kinda enabled me to block them, last time was intense religious delusions and it was very distressing, i know what it was but i cant talk about it 
i was very ill.
