Is there a way to erase memory

Lousy flashback day :disappointed: Why do we remember bad things and forget the good stuff???

Anyway. Saw my doc all’s alright and not much. I have to do a blood test. Gonna postpone after vacation.

Sorry, I was thinking ā€œeraseā€ meant ā€œimproveā€ :joy::joy:
languagetroubles , but yes, that too happened to me a while ago when I just remembered my past bad errors and failures and I think antidepressants helped me :slight_smile:

They tried that with mkultra, but that’s triggering for some people!

I was seeing the possibilty of doing this with some think changes like inducing amneisa I think it’s possible if all things are possible

I am not sure what to reply.

  • all things are possible through christ. Amen

  • Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ā€˜I’m possible’ Audrey

Possibilty thinking is fun especially if u think it’s posssible

In the future, they will be able to turn down the negative emotions associated with the memory.

Possible triggers in the article.

In a way, we can already do this, like with exposure therapy for phobias. But I think there will be a place for it for soldiers, crime victims and the like as a new kind of therapy or mental first aid.
