many times I lose track of what day it is
they all kinda mesh together
I used to think the point was to have fun, to laugh and live it up
but when you get to 49 you think about wanting to make it 60
and take it easy on yourself

Everything’s meaningless.
Who says there has to be a point? Life is what it is. Life gets difficult, boring, hard, funny, scary etc But you push through the best you can and keep going. And try to enjoy it when the opportunity arises.

A purpose? For me it was the normal school, college, job, spouse, kids, happy grandparent thing progression. I broke off at spouse because I can’t maintain a long term relationship. Hopefully I can tackle that at some point, because I’d love grandchildren. That used to be my purpose. Now it’s just to manage symptoms and have a good time when I can.

There is a point. It may not be evident always but there is one.

You need to decide that for yourself. Do you want there to be a point? Or do you want to float aimlessly from moment to moment. Do you want big goals or little goals or none at all? Everyone chooses for them self. The point for me right now is to be a kind person and to raise kind children. Maybe tomorrow my values change and I decide on a new goal, who knows.

its just that i believe schizophrenics are put through loads of challenges, well i certainly have. voices get me to do all sort of crazy things…i thought the point was to do something constructive
i used to think that i waas meant to do something important with my life, but now after 10 yrs of persecution i feel im no better qualified to do anything

I used to think I was a God warrior. That my prayers were like magic or something. I prayed once for a strip club to shut down and it got flooded out and had to close. I now know that it wasn’t my prayer that caused this
If I had such a coincidence, I would believe in the delusion that my mind actually caused the flood

I actually thought God flooded the club bc of my prayer. I was a believer in the Christian God Yahweh
