Is the fanapt causing it

I’m gonna be MAD if it is…my heart problems. I mean technically I was having weird heart stuff before I started taking it but the day it got the worst was the day after I took fanapt. I don’t know…seriously though come on…if it is the fanapt I swear it’s like the universe doesn’t want me on an AP. Getting heart problems on a dose of it that’s so low I’m basically not even on it? 1 mg?? Like no way that can’t be the case.

But my heart rate hasn’t improved at all and I haven’t had any of that cold medicine in like 2 days now. Not good. I have a monitor on and I have an ultrasound for my heart tomorrow.

Fanapt can mess with your heart rhythm.
It’s best to discuss with your prescriber.

Honestly it’s ridiculous. If it doesn’t improve at all by tomorrow I’m emailing my pdoc and he’ll probably end up telling me to go off the fanapt to be safe. Ugh.

I just want an antipsychotic to work for me, and not be a threat to my life. That’s it. I really hope it is not the fanapt because it doesn’t cause any other noticeable issues.
