There are some aspects/symptoms common to all schizophrenics but individuals with Schizophrenia still can be different, different symptoms, right?

Schizophrenia is far from being a text book diagnosis.
The illness is still shrouded in mystery to lots of different Mental Health Professionals.
The Schizophrenic Experience is different for everyone, lots of different variations.
Hallucinations and Delusions are the core SZ symptoms, but not everyone experiences Hallucinations or Delusions - If you ask me the SZ diagnosis is very vague.

There have been/are a myriad amount of theories as to what psychosis/schizophrenia is/isn’t. Reality is that No one knows - there is No known Aetiology.

yeah different sympthoms , but the outline is accurate imo , i.e auditory , visual , tactile , somatic , etc sensory problems/hallucinations. Some people will have more or less of the above. Whats common in SZ is the power of thought to give all manner of delusions…
