I think they said you could take more…wish i still had the sarcosine bottle but i tossed it out like 2 days ago.

Mine says 3000mg per serving which is 6 pills, so 500mg/pill.

if i remember correctly I think mine said you could take 2 pills then another 2 pills later so that wouldve been 4000 mg. But thats just by memory…i dont have the bottle.

Sarcosine is like a stimulant drug it won’t magically make you to do things. You need to make a list what to do and after that next activity etc etc then after planning like this take sarcosine and it will help you to achieve those. Without a list, goals etc it won’t do anything.

I think so as it wasn’t a full headache, more like brain and eyes pressure/cramps.

How is sarcosine compared with TMG. Does both give similar effect?

It did absolutely nothing for me. I am glad I got it for free. Don’t even know what I did with it. Probably threw it out.

Is sarcosine giving effects like that of TMG like viagra like effect, more energy, anti depressant effect etc?
