Do you mean with or without medication?
Either with or without. It’s my experience that meds are usually required for a full recovery process!
I would back up Simpjeff1. I have taken medication now for 32 years and on and off led a purposeful life. I have had my ups and downs. Getting married was my biggest regret but now just have to move on.
