i eat thin crust pizza every once in a while i just make sure i calculate the calories before i eat it and i have been losing a ton of weight, here is a reddit post of a guy who lost 65 pounds only eating pizza https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/180m2s/i_lost_65_lbs_by_eating_pizza_and_doing_ss_i/
pizza is pretty healthy in my opinion but not the best thing it has tomato (carbs and nutrients) cheese (protein and fat) and crust (carbs) so its not like ur eating cardboard or something it has some nutritional value just don’t eat it every day

I like vegetarian calzones. A local Italian restaurant makes excellent veggie calzones. The crust is thin and there are lots of fresh veggies and not too much cheese. Plus, they are single serving so automatic portion control.

i stopped both for almost 2 months now. i can’t remember the last time i ate a kebab. lol. but if i’m given pizza as random dinner, can’t really turn it down… lol. but hey, i’m very very rarely offered pizza. i think the last time i was offered pizza was many months ago.
I’m sure it can be, but not the way I make it. I kind of cheese bomb mine to hell and back.
