Is taking 10mg okay?
10mg is the lowest dose for sz. 30mg is the highest recommended.
Anything below 10mg I believe they use it for depression or something I think?
Yes 10 mg is the lowest dose at which abilify functions as an antipsychotic. At 5 mg it is merely an adjunct treatment for depression.

We have no control over how much it takes. You may be able to start at 10mg, but don’t be surprised if it increases to help with symptoms.
It should be ok, but are you on other antipsychotics at the moment, the maintenance dose should be the equivalent of those.
I’m currently taking risperidone 2mg daily, I hope 10mg will be okay.

My country just has a generic version of it so I want to try.
I am on 5mg. No voices only annoying neighbours. I am also on the ASD but no medications for that.

The important thing is If you feel it helps.
Normally you have a measurement to see how much is in your blood. Then they can adjust based on that and your symptoms.
