If you’re in the US or other country with highly trained pharmacists, ask your pharmacist. They know drugs even better than drs. Otherwise, ask your dr

Thats lame.i was really hopeful about this drug.because procrastination ruin my career both in work and study.my principal warn me twice do my work in time but i m hopeless on procrastination

Do you think its help for procrastination?

I tried ritalin too. I ended up with anxiety attacks and sensory overload after about 1 month. Also got a bit paranoid thoughts hearing some crow was pecking at my window or airconditioner but nothing was there.
I didnt want to try adderall or dexedrine or vyvanse because i think id get psychosis from it.

I think if you take it with purpose. Like have a plan to do whatever you need to like “study math section 5” take it then do that within 20mins of taking it.

You can do other tricks for procrastination that arnt drug related.

Set a 5 minute timer and study for 5 mins. You will probably want to do more later

Procrastination is like an inertia problem.

Also close off social media for 30 mins so you wont gravitate towards that

Is avolition the same thing as adhd procrastination?

Maybe the can be treated the same way. At the risk of positive symptoms.

I dont think it is. I tried adhd drugs for that it didnt work unfortunately.
Ironically ritalin made me less focused!

But its worth a try.

I don’t believe avolition is not the same as procrastination. I think avolition is wanting to do something but not being able to find the mental and physical energy to do it, despite wanting to. I could be wrong though. I have no idea about the adhd factor.
