Since the day after Boxing Day
I will try writing it down again but
I don’t think I’ve had a calorie deficit
Been eating loads of baked potatoes with oil
Filling up on beans and lentils
The odd cheat once a day with a glass of milk or a plain pitta bread or a bit of cheese
I’ve been filling up so much - not going hungry
Does this even sound right that I’ve lost so much weight if I’ve not had a calorie deficit ?
I worry about unexpected weight loss
I worry here cos I’ve been vegan before and didn’t lose weight
It’s a hard diet to lose weight on because of the loads of kcal in nuts and olive oil on everything
Just seen a report on the news if you drink 2 glasses of water before bed you can lose 5 lbs more a month

yes you lose 5 real lbs of fat, but you gain 5 lbs of water weight.

I just had three small medium and large baked potatoes with oil and salt.
