Ive lost half a stone (or 7 lbs)

it’s taken me 3 weeks of porridge, soup and salads to munch on but i’ve done it. gonna take a weeks break and eat normally then start again next week for another 3 weeks to lose another 7 pounds. then another week off and so it goes on till i’ve lost 28 pounds. i devised the diet myself and it’s working a treat so far. wish me luck folks!

it all depends on what u eat hunni. ive been eating porridge, raw veg and soups and the weight just falls off! having a few days off now though as it gets a bit boring after 3 weeks.
