Is it possible to die from this

I don’t think that anymore

You said you could deal with those thoughts np without meds.

Because of the meds.

Yes because I don’t think them

Yeah but when you get off meds you’ll start thinking intrusive thoughts.

And you cannot study.

I don’t know why you’re here. You’re not going to find the one person to tell you what you want to hear. If you don’t think you have sz psychosis what you doing here.

what meds have you tried?

To be put on clozapine at 18 seems a bit draconian to me.

It is a last option med in the UK, for good reason.

Only tried a small dose of risperdal and after that abilify (injection)

Well, I would request another med personally.

Know and realise though that they all suck and have horrible side effects, so you aren’t going to like them either.

I’m going to ask but the doc claimed that my dose was low so idk if they will change meds

Did they put you on clozapine because they determined you were treatment resistant?

Idk exactly why they put me on clozapine

2 meds isn’t enough to determine that.

Difficult patients get the harshest treatment, it seems…

Seems they should have tried a combo before clozapine

Maybe try not to have a black and white thinking when you talk to your medical team, it will put you in a bad light. Going from clozapine to nothing is unrealistic unless your doctor thinks you are cured.

There are other medications you could try. In fact all other 2nd generation AP’s are less risky than clozapine.

I feel like this thread took a hostile and nasty turn. I feel the same way, I feel like I’ve recovered from psychosis or whatever, but no one on here ever had a problem with it. If you’re using the site to help yourself with mental health issues and help others, I see no issue personally, don’t see why so many folks want to argue about it

Talk to your pdoc again, I feel like that would be the best solution to your questions

The pdoc said it’s nothing to worry about

I’m really sorry about yesterday… I do think I was a bit harsh … I really think you should listen to the advise of a doctor who knows you more than some people on the Internet.

This thread gave me a headache. It is obvious you lack more insight than you are aware of. The need to combat every individual comment (that are being helpful) shows you’re more committed to arguing than any treatment plan. If your doctor said not to worry, don’t. I think it’s healthy to question authority to an extent. You should never blindly follow anyone, credentials be damned. It does appear many members here are familiar with this pattern and would not lead you astray. If you feel the medication is not working, address it with your healthcare provider. Picking apart your labs is the doctor’s department.
