I’ve been having alot of paranoia lately about people following me etc…
I take 25 mg zyprexa for awhile now and it feels like it’s just stopped working.
Do i need to make app with pdoc or should I just wait it out

Yes it is breakthrough symptoms it will pass you will not relapse. Breakthrough symptoms fade in time I don’t know therapeutic dose of olanzapine so can’t say much else

Are you sure it’s not related to your discontinuing your Lamictal?

Medication has never stopped working for my mother as long as she has been on it. Medication has never stopped working for me either if I am on a good dose. I don’t think antipsychotics just stop working.
