i like my broccoli cooked, only time i tried it raw was in a salad and it was kinda to crisp
Yea for me I find it slightly bitter sometimes but I’ll cope with that.
Apparently the less heated the better to keep the enzymes alive that are required for something to do with glutathione something useful basically forgot the details.
I kind of feel on the plus that it has suppressed my hunger somewhat
Slightly different - but i sometimes pinch the odd runner bean of the neighbours garden growing up the wall and munch on. Should stop it really, bit Naughty.
Lol yea those aren’t too bad to eat raw, they’ve got a bit of a sweet taste to them.

Eating broccoli is good for you @anon90843118 but I don’t know about it alleviating sz symptoms.
